Tumpeng
Tumpeng (cone- or mountain-shaped rice) is one of Indonesia's national dishes. It is served as an expression of gratitude to God. The mountain shape refers to the numerous volcanoes in Indonesia. It also symbolizes the relationship between mankind and God, while the dishes and vegetables around the rice represent our relationship with others and the environment.
