Cooking for the sisters in Lilongwe
Yesterday the poor sisters asked us if we would cook for them, the way we cook at home in Holland. We made luminous green soup (with leek and garden peas from their organic garden) with a brown bread cheese sandwich and beetroot chocolate cake as desert. When we asked this morning how they found it, the response was a shining "we were in paradise!"
