UN: rapid and significant shift to regenerative production systems needed
Today we stumbled upon this UN report. Published in 2013 and calling for a 'rapid and significant shift from conventional, monoculture-based ... industrial production towards mosaics of sustainable, regenerative production systems...' Why have we not heard more about this and why do we not see our governments taking action? Fortunately we've seen during our trip that there's lots of action on the ground. What we need is strong governmental support to make the significant shift that is so direly needed.
